For the up comming season the RFU want every youth player to be registered on their Game Management System (GMS) and the player details checked on line by their parent.
In order to help facilitate this the club are again taking online payments for Youth Section Fees, and when paying details of players and parents can be checked.
Every paid up member of the club has a GMS user Id. This is the same log in as for EnglandRugby.com
At the beginning of August we sent out a communication to the registered parent of all registered youth players. This email contained your GMS user ID and detailed the process for logging on to GMS and how to pay.
If you did not recieve the email then please look in your Junk/Spam mail box. If it is still not there it may be because we do not have the correct contact email address for you. If this is the case please email email@example.com and i will check your email address and resend the communication out to you.

When paying for membership fees online, please do not use the option of Direct Debit. This will NOT make monthly payments (fees will be taken in one hit) and it means the club has you banking details which we do not want to keep.
Select the Online Card option (as shown below) to pay by visa/debit card.
Over the last week there have been a lot of issues with email globally over the last week
Yahoo seems to be recovering from a global email outage over eight hours after users started to report they weren’t receiving their messages.
The outage didn’t just affect Yahoo email accounts but also customer email accounts managed by the firm on behalf of service providers, including BT, TalkTalk and Sky in the UK, for instance as well as AOL, verizon...
This means that when tryin gto ask for a password reset or email verification from GMS users are not recieveing their emails. The GMS support team have increased the time the links are valid to 48 hours from request as they expect in some cases for the email not to arrive for at least a day.
Although the Yahoo mail service appears to have been sorted. We are still experiencing some difficulties with users not recieving the GMS generated email for Password Resets and Email Verification.
If you have expected to recieve one of these email and haven't then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get the link sent to you via the admin account rather than via GMS.
