The Annual General Meeting will take place in the club house, Kingsmead Road, High Wycombe at 8pm Wednesday 22nd July 2026 for both High Wycombe Rugby Club and its subsidiary HWRUFC Supporters Ltd.
According to our constitution, only fully paid up members are allowed to vote or stand for election to committee (they must be proposed and seconded by full members). We must receive details of nominations at least 14 days before the AGM. Any proposals being put up for the AGM must also be sent to the club secretary at the above address (by email or letter) 14 days before the AGM.
